fantastic stay was great

amazing staffexcellent location
the room was perfect the staff was amazing service exceeded my expectations i really loved how clean the room was too i enjoyed an unbelievable view from my balcony it had great furniture i could sit and enjoy the weather. the location is excellent among everything in walking distance so i didn't need a car i could visit many places easily i felt the location was secure as well. the staff were very friendly and accommodating anything i needed they were there to help i will come back for another visit.

the hotel features a downstairs lounge with tvs creating a good atmosphere for relaxation guests have access to massage services and a spa enhancing the overall experience i really enjoyed these features of the hotel. there is a swimming pool outside i enjoyed a bar and loungers around the pool area so i could relax.

the staff are wonderful especially the reception staff they are helpful and quick i felt really welcome and supported the staff are very friendly and accommodating they addressed all my questions and resolved my concerns i really enjoyed this aspect.

I encountered several issues . The provided QR code for room access expired prematurely. I had to contact reception frequently, a significant inconvenience. Parking availability was also a challenge. It was consistently full, and the need to tip the parking guard felt inappropriate.

The restaurant manager Mohamed was attentive. He ensured our requests were catered for. He greeted us with a smile. The food was excellent and the chef offered to cook according to my dietary needs.
The room we booked initially was not available. We had separate beds. We had to push them together. The room looked tired. It needs a lick of paint.

The restaurant staff were great! Mohamed, the butler, was particularly attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. The breakfast itself was amazing with many delicious options.
The hotel had some issues with cleanliness. I noticed hair on the shower wall. I also found a dead cockroach. Floors did not seem properly cleaned. They felt sticky and dusty.
